House Rules

  • The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people Babies up to 2 years old are not counted as guests for the maximum capacity. We have a cot and high chair, at no cost, upon request. 
  •  Arrival: 16:00 Departure: 12:00
  • No more people can be accommodated in the house than those contracted in the reservation.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Pets are allowed, upon request. Not adapted.
  • Respect the rest of the neighbours.
  • In case of rain or wind, protect the garden furniture.
  • When you leave the house, check which doors and windows are closed.
  • When you leave the house, check that the lights are off.
  • Guests must identify themselves at check-in before arrival. Under certain conditions, a deposit of €100 will be requested, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, after the review of the house and provided that the rules of the house have been respected.
  • Any damage caused by guests to objects, moveable property or property owned by the hotel, will be their sole responsibility, and must pay for their repair.
  • The accommodation is non-transferrable. The administration declines all responsibility for the loss of jewellery, money, documents or other securities of any kind.
  • The house is not responsible for any type of accident and/or event, that the guest suffers within the facilities of the house such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. The expenses that this accident or event that arises will be borne by the guest, exempting the one from any legal liability. It is understood that at the time of making the reservation effective, the client and / or guest knows and expressly and tacitly declares that he accepts in its entirety these internal regulations of AnMar's house, being in conformity and in accordance with all the aforementioned points.
